As Founder and Chairman of the Board for Mannatech Incorporated, I have known Cindy Tysinger since 1996, initially as a successful Presidential Director and the Associate Lead for the Mannatech IT council. In 1999-2000 serving in a consultant role for Mannatech, she was the lead system designer for our scientific website glycoscience.org which has earned several Health on the Net Awards and has a patent pending in US, Canada and International Countries. We brought Cindy onboard in 2000 as our CIO and SVP of IT.
As CIO and SVP of IT, Cindy was the lead system designer for Success Tracker a web based Downline Manager which was customized to our business model and significantly helped associates keep informed so they could be more successful in building their businesses. Cindy and her very competent IT staff of more than 100+ employees, contractors and consultants successfully launched several new country openings and completed a highly customized fully integrated ($35M) Global ERP and Website Redesign system servicing 10 countries. During her tenure she confidently led a team of highly qualified technical and business members serving 10 countries running a 24/7 follow the sun service support model. Her department achieved and maintained a 99.99% operational system efficiency with more than 80% of sales worldwide being placed over the web.

Ms. Tysinger served Mannatech Inc. as Chief information Officer and Senior Vice President of IT while I was Senior Vice President of Research and Development Administration. As CIO, Cindy was responsible for supporting all departments of Mannatech Inc. with information technology. In addition to the standard IT requirements for all businesses, our R & D Department had many additional needs for IT support that were vital to successful product development. Our research laboratory had several pieces of sophisticated equipment that produced computerized test results, and tests sometimes had to be continued after standard working hours. This equipment had to be supported.
