GIVING BACK

At GSATi we believe it is our responsibility to be good stewards and help others that are less fortunate. We are immensely proud to support foundations paving the way to a brighter future and groups conducting research towards finding cures for diseases. GSATi and our employees are working together to make a difference in several charitable organizations.

DENTON MAIN STREET ASSOCIATION

The Main Street Program is a worldwide program to revitalize downtown
areas. The Denton Main Street Program began in 1989 and since there have been marked physical and financial improvements in the area. Over $36.5 million have been reinvested in the area since 1989.

The Denton Main Street Association (DMSA) is a 501(c) 6 non-profit organization. While the City of Denton’s Downtown Development Department works in cooperation with the Denton Main Street Association, all promotion, advertising and events for downtown are funded by sponsorships and memberships in the DMSA from the private sector. Downtown management in Denton is truly a public-private partnership.

The Denton Main Street Association Board of Directors depends on volunteers and members to make it all happen.

Alzheimer's Association

The Alzheimer’s Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer care, support and research. Each year in September, our team gets together to raise funds across DFW and donate as Team Represent Denton to the Association at the Walk to End Alzheimer's. We work closely with a regional team from the Alzheimer's Association to assist in Denton-based rallies and promotional events in order to further raise awareness for this amazing organization.

Our goal each year is to bring as many businesses and local citizens as possible, providing a true representation of Denton's compassion and support that we share.

For more information on how to donate to Team Represent Denton, visit act.alz.org.

DENTON COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINIC

The clinic was founded in November 2011 by Dr. Filippo Masciarelli and Alice Masciarelli R.N., and is governed by a 15 member board of which 51% must be users of the clinic services. Since the clinic’s inception over 2,500 individuals have been helped.  Most people we serve pay a minimal amount for their care while about 20% contribute through insurance or self-pay.
