NCTRCA Commitment

It is the policy of all the public entities which are part of the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA) that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) have the maximum practical opportunity to participate in their contracting and purchasing activities. Certification is a critical component of their programs to assist disadvantaged, minority and woman-owned business enterprises in the public entities procurement activities. The North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency is solely committed to ensure that bona-fide disadvantaged, minority and woman-owned firms, benefit from the programs offered by its member entities.
