My company Violetea, launched August 23, 2009. Although our sister tea company has been in the wholesale and retail business since 2006, a party plan venture was an idea we truly wanted to explore but found we had no idea how to effectively manage each component of the party plan model. We knew it was extremely important that we organize all the facets of the business right from the start in order to make it work most efficiently. We learned very quickly that we needed help creating systems to manage ordering, billing, shipping, and most importantly compensation for our Infusionist team. We required consulting services to outline the best approach to a successful launch and create a compelling website that would not only be an effective marketing tool but a business management system for our sales force.

While visiting the DSA annual convention in DC, I was introduced to consultants who create compensation plans, web designers who develop sites, and software specialists who create order tracking. I wanted to work with one company who could meet the needs of my unique opportunity and that I trusted to help me grow the organization.

During this trip I met Cindy Tysinger, CEO of GSATi who has more than 13 years Direct Selling experience. We connected right away. Cindy and her team listened and learned about what Violetea was about before making any suggestions. Their explanation of our options pertained to our specific needs and their proposal to assist in my launch was completely tailored to our vision. Cindy and her team created a beautiful and effective website and all the tools needed for Violetea in a very short time. They included me in most every aspect of the development and were right on target in creating the Violetea brand.

GSATi then focused on designing ordering software to fit the aspects of our products and special offers. They also formulated our compensation program by factoring our costs, modeling the commissions, and potential earnings. They have been available to our sales team to answer every question since the launch and have updated us on additional modifications of the website. They helped design our forms, brochures and business cards, custom photos, filmed and edited our first training videos, set up our email, leadership conference service, and even presented at our launch party. They continue to support training on all services provided by GSATi. Now that we have completed phase one and have launched, we are open for business and celebrating our first month with 14 new consultants, several tea tasting parties on the books, and much better than expected sales!

I know that we made the best decision hiring the GSATi team right from the start which avoided mistakes that would have been costly to repair later. It allowed me to better focus on my product and sales strategy since GSATi handled the marketing collateral and technology needs. It has built confidence in our team knowing that sales and compensation are automated and concise.
